  • Our sessions will be Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based.
  • CBT helps you better understand your thoughts, emotions and actions.
  • CBT is one of the most widely used evidenced based approaches to treat emotional and behavioural challenges. 
  • ​CBT is a highly structured therapeutic approach with sessions ranging from 2-6 in number.
