   What to expect


  • First you will have an intake session.
  • Then we will collaboratively decide the best treatment for you, with goals and objectives.
  • Our counseling sessions will be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
  • CBT an evidenced based treatment approach, is highly structured with sessions ranging from 4 -8 in number.
